In Hubbard, nurseries are busiest on spring weekends, when new stock arrives and popular plants sell out; weekday mornings are calmer and staff have time to answer questions. Ask which plants are hardy for your USDA zone in Ohio, whether trees and shrubs carry a replacement guarantee (one year is common), and whether the nursery delivers and plants large items. Fall is the best planting season for many trees and perennials, and end-of-season sales are common. Check the listing for hours, seasonal closures and Google rating before you go.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 10 am–5 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (330) 534-1355. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

Wonderful place! Christine and Linda were very friendly and helpful. They had a great selection of healthy plants at great prices. We left with a big cart loaded with flowers and veggies. We will be back in the fall for mums! Highly recommend to all. Go and support this great nursery.

Wonderful family run business. Every year I’m there for hanging baskets, vegetable plants, and Mother’s Day gifts in the spring, and mums in the fall. The specialty gift planters are always beautiful and make us smile for the whole season. No comparison to the sad plants at the big box stores. Shop local!
